If i try download or upload torrent, i got error "HTTP ERROR 400" and d/u not start. I use utorrent 1.8

Bittornado and Azureus works fine.

Utorrent version is newest 1.8. Old versions are works fine.
Where is the broblem utorrent or tracker?

I'd say one or the other. It might be that the torrent maker used for the torrent file might have produced a faulty torrent file. Use another torrent maker to make that torrent file and re-upload it. Re-Check it.
